How Do I redeem my voucher code or Why is your site not accepting my code?

Please ensure you allow atleast 48 hours after purchase before redeeming your voucher code,

Please only use the second part of the code, after the '-' & ensure there are no spaces after the code.

if you have more than one code they must be processed as seperate transactions or you will not be able to continue.

 

Grouping items to reduce P&P costs:

I have purchased multiple voucher codes, can you send them all together so I just pay for postage once?

I'm afraid all items sold with deal sites must always be packaged & posted individually resulting in a charge per item rather than per customer.

This is the way the deal is structured with the promotional website & can not be altered.

If you do not wish to continue with your purchase for all voucher codes you will need to contact the site where you purchased the voucher codes.
 

Why is my voucher code not being accepted?

There are a couple of reasons for a voucher code being declined;

It may not have been processed by our sales team, the codes are sent over to us 36 hours after they are purchased so if you are trying to redeem it too quickly the code will not be in our system.

Delivery Times:

Where are my items?

Orders will always arrive within the 21 working days specified, we always try our best to beat this time restriction quite considerably but occasionaly due to the popularity of some product we will be pushed to the limit. If your item has not arrived after 21 working days please contact us & we will chase it up for you. 

 

Why does it take so long for the items to be delivered?

It is because the deal was purchased with a voucher, we have to allow extended delivery time of 21 working days as this is how long it can take for us to receive funds from some deal sites.

 

I don't have a PAYPAL account how can I complete my purchase?

When you select the paypal payment method you will have a choice of payment methods. You can choose to pay by credit/debit card or you can choose to pay using a paypal account.

 

Can you provide some more information about a product i'm considering buying?

All of the information we have on a product is written in the product description. We are predominantly just distributors of goods so we do not have any specialist knowledge regarding the products we distribute. If you request some information & we do know a little more than is written on the item description someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
